Frank Edward Greco

Frank Edward Greco, 94, passed away in his home on January 23, 2019. He was born July 6. 1924 in Hazelton, PA. The son of Italian Immigrants Francesco and Teresa (Yuele) Greco. He retired after 30 years in the U.S. Air Force during WWII, Korean War and Vietnam War Eras. Overseas Assignments were Honolulu, Hawaii 1954 – 1956, Tule Rossier, France 1963, and Thule, Greenland 1965 – 1966.

He married Margaret Elizabeth Capps of Hendersonville, North Carolina and celebrated 64 years before her passing on September 16, 2013. He was truly lost without her but is now united with her in Heaven.

He is also preceded in death by his brothers Joseph, Anthony and Ralph Greco, sisters Mary Sabatino, Anne Sestilio, Ethel Colligan, daughter Rosemary Greco, and Grandson Frank A. Greco Jr.

Frank is survived by his children: James Miller (Mary), Michael Greco (Lori), Patricia Kauts (Hal), Theresa Greco, Frank A. Greco, Mary Greco, Joseph Greco (Shana) and James Greco (Donna); Brother Michael Greco (96) and Sister Esther Bruno (93): 20 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Services will take place at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels at 14315 Judson Rd. on Monday, February 4, 2019 with visitation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:30 PM. Burial will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Holy Cross Cemetery located at 17501 Nacogdoches Rd. at 10:30 AM with Military Honors.
