Lorenzo (Lencho) V. Trujillo, Jr., born April 28, 1937 was taken by the Lord on August 27, 2008 at the age of 71. He is survived by father, Lorenzo S. Trujillo, Sr.; loving companion, Elsa Nio; sons, Raul, Lulu, Danny, Lucio, Fernando, Armando, Rolando and Reynaldo; daughters, Norma and Shurite; brothers, Paul, Alfred and David; sisters, Laura, Rebecca, Loretta, Teresa, Patricia, Diana, and Lorena; several grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; also a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Julia Trujillo; sons, Lorenzo, III and Lawrence Trujillo; brother, Sotero Trujillo; and sister, Adelaida Alonzo. Lencho was an acclaimed musician and singer. He played and sang in various bands, to include Sunny and the Sunliners. He founded the Trujillo Boxing Gym and trained many national boxing champions, he himself becoming the welterweight champion of 1955.

Memorials:
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 30th from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a prayer service to begin at 2:00 p.m.
