Anna Marie Castillo

Anna Marie Castillo was born in San Antonio Texas on February 3, 1958 and passed away on February 13, 2015 at the age of 57. Anna is survived by her parents Isabel and Richard Castillo, sisters Sylvia Castillo and husband Rudy and Norma Hodge and husband Richard, two nieces Celeste Nicole Castillo and Annette Marie Castillo and her nephew Shaun Phillip Hodge and her partner in life Laura Alfaro and several beloved relatives and friends. Anna graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, class of 1976. She graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1980. Anna worked for La Quinta Headquarters in San Antonio as a Database Administrator for 25 years. Anna enjoyed traveling, photography, reading, visiting museums and attending concerts. She loved watching movies and listening to music, especially The Beatles. Those that knew and spent time with Anna know that she was a very caring and supportive person. She would give you her undivided attention putting the needs of others before her own. The family would like to express their profound and sincere appreciation to the staff at University Health Systems and New Century Hospice for the wonderful and loving care they provided for Anna.
