Anna Marie Tewell Hall

Anna M. Hall was called home by her Heavenly Father on 4 February 2023. She was born 27 February 1946 in Washington, D.C. to Charles R. Tewell and Lucille Carroll of Riverdale, Maryland.  After graduation from high school in 1964 she entered Government Service and was employed at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.

She married on 6 May 1967 to James Hall of Hyattsville, Maryland. In June of 1969 she left her government service employment to join her husband, stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas. She then resumed her government employment while in Ft. Hood and continued at Ft. Polk Louisiana. After retiring in 1981 from her position in the government, Anna joined her husband and son in San Antonio. She then gained employment at The Pearl Brewing Co. in their marketing department. She retired from her position at The Pearl Brewing Co. in December of 2001.

Anna is preceded in death by her brothers James and Joseph Tewell. She is survived by her husband James of 57 years, her son: James and wife Kelly, grandsons: Riley and Mickey of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters: Mary Angevine of Beltsville, Maryland and Kathleen Williams of Manassas, Virginia.
