He is survived by his loving wife, Catalina Zapata Rios; his children, San Juana Patricia Rios, Francisco Rios, Everardo Rios, Antonio Rios, Jr., and Lizbeth Rios; his brothers, Tomas Rios and Juan Rios; his sisters, Victoria Rios and Apolonia Cruz; 9 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He will be dearly missed by all
