Arturo Ramos Ruiz, born September 2, 1944, passed from this life on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the age of 66. He is survived by his loving wife, Isabel M. Ruiz; sons, Arthur Ruiz, Victor Ruiz, Ricardo Ruiz, Jesus Ruiz, Benjamin Ruiz; daughter, Sandra Ruiz; brother, Carlos Ruiz; sister, Maria de Concepcion; and seven grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
