Ayanna, a loving daughter, sister, niece, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend passed away on June 28, 2024, in Austin, Texas at the age of 32.

She was born on June 4, 1992, in San Antonio, Texas. Ayanna was full of life. From a young age she was passionate about drawing and music of all genres, but what she was most passionate about was her unwavering love for God and Her Family which compelled her to never give up. She was a beautiful, strong, and brave young woman.

Ayanna is survived by her loving Mother Roxanne Adams, Father Gary Smith, Dad Kevin Mayfield. She will be dearly missed by her loving Sisters Zina Smith, Kamari Mayfield, and Alexis Pate. Her Brothers Corey Smith, Gary Smith Jr, and Devon Calhoun. Her nephews, who were the absolute joy of her life, Zayne Shephard and Kendrick Mayfield. Her loving Grandfather Loren Adams Sr., Her loving Aunts Burnadette Simms who affectionately nick named her "Sunshine", Delta Fields, Christy Ann Turner, Vanetta Woods, Sonya Mayfield, and her Bonus Aunt Sharon Larson. Her Uncles Loren Adams Jr, Melvin Smith, Darryl Smith, Kenneth Jhons Jr. Great Aunts Lorena Manning and Tamekia Ndiaye, and Great Uncles Delbert Manning and Rogelio Manning (Yvonne). And a host of other relatives and friends.

Ayanna was preceded in death by her Loving Maternal Grandmother Teresa Victoria Adams and her Loving Paternal Grandparents Clarence Smith and Shirley Smith.

Ayanna brought joy to so many. She had a huge heart and was a very giving soul. She genuinely cared for others and enjoyed seeing others happy. From a young age she always stood up for those she felt couldn't stand up for themselves. Her love of God shined for all to see and that light will never be dimmed. Her infectious smile would light up an entire room. We thank God for having her for 32 years and am Blessed for having her in our lives.

May she rest in peace knowing that she profoundly impacted so many lives with her beautiful spirit, love, and kindness.

Keep shining for the whole world to see baby girl. We will see you again.
