He is survived by his parents, Jose Galvan and Jessica Marie Cumpian; his brother, Jayce Angel Galvan; his maternal grandparents, Jose A. and Alice Marie Cumpian; paternal grandparents, Rosemarie and Jose Galvan; also numerous other relatives and friends.

Cemetery:
Graveside Service will be Monday, November 12, 2012 at 12pm at San Jose Burial Park.

Visitation will be Monday, November 12, 2012 from 10am until 11:30am at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels-South.
