Beatriz Rodriguez

Beatriz (Beebee) Ramos Rodriguez, passed away to join our LORD on December 26, 2020. She was born on February 4, 1939 and she was 81 years old.

Beebee was a devoted wife and loving mother, married to Alberto J. Rodriguez on March 3, 1962. They have been married for 58 years and would have been 59 years in March. They had six children together. Beebee was her family’s guardian angel while she was living and know she will continue to watch over and protect her family while in heaven.

She was a dedicated teacher for over 40 years who taught English and Drama while living in Laredo. When she moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1983 she taught English at Sam Houston High School. She retired from Sam Houston at a couple of months before her 65th birthday. As soon as she turned 65 and could work again, and she taught for another 5 to 6 years in a Charter School. She had such an impact on so many students throughout her career which was very evident when she would run into them years later and they had nothing but good things to say.

Beebee was a woman of faith and she lived the life that her faith, love, and strength came from God. She was always positive, never had a negative word to say about anybody, and always tried to help others. She will never be forgotten and will be remembered with love, respect, and joy. She will be dearly missed.

Beebee is preceded in death by her parents Andres R. and Maria De Jesus Ramos and her brother Andres Ramos Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Alberto J Rodriguez, her six children Alberto J. Rodriguez Jr., Robert A. Rodriguez, Walter R. Rodriguez, Carlos D. Rodriguez, Marco A. Rodriguez, and Rebecca J. Rodriguez. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and her 15 brothers and sisters.
