Brenda Warren

Brenda Warren, 68, passed away in San Antonio, Texas, on August 30, 2016. She is survived by Jay, her husband of 46 years; daughters and sons-in-law Amy and Derek Whittington of San Antonio and Beth and Jamie Gross of Concordia, KS; grandchildren Kate and Jack Whittington and Joel, Jude, and Gentry Gross; sister Joy Arnold and sister and brother-in-law Pam and Rick Kreher; niece Jennifer Scher; nephews Ryan Rice and Matt Kreher; and many dear friends. She retired in 2001 after thirty-one years of teaching subjects including English and drama at Lee's Summit High School. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lee's Summit Social Services or Wayside Waifs of Kansas City are suggested. On September 10, a visitation at 10:00 a.m. will be followed by a service at 11:30 a.m. at Langsford Funeral Home in Lee's Summit, MO.
