Carisa was a caring soul known for her loving nature and hard-working spirit, qualities that defined her very essence.

Throughout her life, Carisa found joy in the simple yet profound pleasures of life. Her passion for going to church and her devotion to prayer reflected her deep-rooted faith. She cherished the moments spent at the bingo hall, where laughter and camaraderie filled the air, uniting friends and family alike in joy and hope.

Carisa's proudest accomplishments were centered around her family. She took immense pride in being a grandmother, reveling in her role and showering her grandchildren with love and attention. Her commitment to caring for her family exemplified her nurturing heart and unwavering support.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her loving parents Sandra Moreno Morales and Steve Gonzales, devoted husband, Miguel Angel Pina Barrientos; her cherished children, Monique (Michael) Hernandez, Maurice Martinez, Ethan Lucio, and stepchildren Adiel Peña, Amari Peña, and Angelina Peña. Her siblings, Celesse, Carynn, Cierra Gonzales, D'ago Morales, and Chastity Soto, along with her stepsiblings Edward Morales, Jeremiah Morales, Santa Ferrari, and Kristal Morales, will remember her with fondness. Her legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren, Michael Hernandez, Matthew Hernandez, and her step Grandchildren, Jacob and Aubree Serna and Aliyah Hernandez, who carry forward her spirit of kindness and compassion.
