Carol D. Boullion

July 23, 1951 — May 3, 2023

Carol Diane Boullion passed from this life and was received into the arms of the Lord on May 3, 2023. Born July 23, 1951, in Anahuac, Texas to Joseph "Bill" Gilford Boullion and Winnie Marie Boullion. Carol is preceded in death by her sons, Jason Shane Boullion and Eugene Soliz; father, Joseph "Bill" Gilford Boullion; mother, Winnie Marie Boullion; sister, Lindola Menard; and cousin, Lucielle "Blondy" Geautreaux.

Carol is survived by her loving son, Billy (Desiree) Soliz; brothers, Andrew James "Manny" (Sharon) Boullion, Gilford Joseph "Bozo" (Donna) Boullion and Ben Ryan (Jessica) Boullion; niece, Genie (Cody) Lantier, and Genie's children Landyn and Karmyn.

Carol was a kindhearted and loving soul. She was known as a mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and dear friend. Carol was a devoted mother to her son Billy, and often worked several jobs to support her son, giving him the best life that she could. She was also a loving caregiver to her parents for many years before their passing. She was incredibly intelligent and a quick learner, using her skills to become a bookkeeper for International Paper for many years, before retiring. She was an excellent pool player. In her spare times she enjoyed arts and crafts. She was a natural artist, making & painting ceramics and porcelain dolls. She enjoyed spending time with family and loved beach trips with her son and daughter-in-law, to Port Aransas, where she sat by the ocean waves, ate delicious seafood, and had good chats with Billy, Desiree, and Mr. Jimenez. She loved a good family game night, playing cards and board games until late in the evenings. Carol also loved animals and would always have a furry or feathered friend in her home. Carol will be greatly missed and always loved.
