In Honor of Carolyn Louise Poirier
Our mother now rests in God's arms, safe from harm and warm in body and spirit. She honored us by being our mother, mentoring us to have strong faith in God and love for others. She gave us the courage to venture out and learn for ourselves those things she could not teach us and encouraged us to seek God's wisdom in the decisions of life.
Her light was always on for us, but we give special thanks for all the times in life when she was there in our times of need, not only as a mother, but as a friend. Her spirit gave rest and comfort many a time to broken, searching souls. We love her for the beautiful, tender woman and mother she was.
We know God keeps her for now and forever more, and we have every confidence, as He promised, that we will meet again. What a joyous reunion that will be.
Her daughters and son,
Patrice Cook, Michelle Mele Doug Dewey
