Cecilio Gomez Jr.

Cecilio Gomez Jr., born January 17, 1968 passed from this life on March 30, 2022 at the age of 54. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jessica Amy Rhodes; parents, Cecilio Gomez Sr. and Maria M. Gomez; and sister Mariana Torres. Cecilio is survived by his son Cecilio Gomez III; daughters, Tayler Miller, and Serena Gomez; brother Juan Gabriel Gomez (Michelle); sisters Elizabeth Gomez, Maria F. Rangel, and Raquel G. Hinojosa; grandchildren Erik Gomez, and Memphis Miller; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Cecilio, known by his family as Pato, lived life on his own terms and could not be tamed. He liked to drink Budlight, listen to Rock n Roll, eat fruit, and hang out with his family, but most of all he was a creator. If you saw a pile of scrap metal and junk, he saw art. He showed his love by building things for his family, bringing a piñata to a get together, or by bringing barbacoa and tamales by on Sunday mornings. His family feels great joy in knowing he has been reunited with the love of his life, Jessica Amy Rhodes- his guera. His crazy stories and personality will be deeply missed.
