Charlotte passed away in a peaceful sleep on May 1, 2013 at the age of 79. She is preceded in death by her parents Edmund and Maria Baur. She is survived by her son Daniel Clemts and wife Tamera; daughter, Sandra Graham and husband Ken; and her brother Edmund Baur and wife Elsie and four grandchildren; Kendra, Matt, Derek, and Alyssa. . She was born in Munich Germany in 1933 and in childhood, she witnessed what we now read in history books. She experienced the promise of enduring rule and prosperity to the humbling and difficult rebuilding of a war torn Germany. She became the devoted servicemans wife, moving around the world, raising two children, and attained her U.S. Citizenship. She followed her husband to Live Oak Texas where they settled down to care for their children. She enjoyed her brief career at Red Lobster making many friends with her co-workers and customers. After her divorce, she returned to Europe to reunite with family and friends and travel the continent. She embraced the many diverse cultures in her travels. She later returned to San Antonio TX to retire as a lady of leisure to care for her grandchildren and her beloved cats. Thank you Diana and Violet for their care and compassion. A special thank you to Richard, for his enduring friendship, compassion, and care.
