Cora Annie Orff

Cora Annie Russell Orff, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, peacefully entered into rest on September 10, 2010. She was born on April 25, 1921 in Milo, Maine, daughter of Millard and Izetta (Hughes) Russell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Orff, and daughters Donna Schulze and Laurie Bendele. She is survived by her sons John Orff and wife Barbara; Terry Orff and wife Amy, of San Antonio; daughter, Rita Pearson and husband Carl, of Dallas; grandchildren, Carla Muennink, Brian Schulze, Jessica Bendele, Allison Bendele, Katy Orff, Emily Orff, Melissa Orff, Nicole Orff, Jennifer Concepcion, Jeffrey Orff.; great-grandchildren, Kyle and Sarah Muennink; Mark and Will Schulze; two sisters, Goldie Harnish of Franklin, N.C., and Florice Fournier of Orlando, FL; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.She was a member of the Kirby Baptist Church, Pastor Clark Fooshee, and had volunteered at the Kirby Senior Center.

Memorials:
Services will on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Kirby Baptist Church, 5114 Old Seguin Rd., San Antonio, TX. Internment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:45 A.M., 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
