Cora Lavana Rodemeyer

Cora Lavana Rodemeyer, born October 8, 1935, in Kerrville, TX, to John and Mae Brown, went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2011, at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Barbara McLean She loved animals and did volunteer work at the San Antonio Zoo before becoming ill. During her illness, she was ministered to by her friends from Pearsall Road Baptist Church and Heartland Hospice.

A Memorial Service will be held at Pearsall Road Baptist Church, 5820 Old Pearsall Rd., San Antonio, TX 78242, on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Pastor Statt Riddlebarger. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to Pearsall Road Baptist Church.
