Cynthia Ann Blankenship

Cynthia Blankenship passed away on March 3, 2022 at Stone Oak Methodist Hospital. She was the best part of the marriage to her husband Ron Blankenship. They shared close to 20 years of marriage together.
Born in San Antonio, she was the daughter of Jesse Sr and Elva Olivarri. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School where she excelled in ROTC.
Cindy loved being a part of the San Antonio Rodeo committee, obtaining Lifetime Membership status as part of the Cowboy Golf Classic. She will be remembered for loving a good time at the Rodeo & Fiesta, being a Black Friday warrior, eating out with friends and hanging out in the backyard with family.
She is survived by her loving spouse Ron, her cherished nephews Charles Olivarri & Cole Blankenship, and her adored niece Julia Blankenship. Cindy was a very proud dog mom of Pinto Bean. She was preceded by her father and mother Jesse Sr and Elva, her brother Jesse Olivarri, and sister Patricia Olivarri.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 @ 3 PM at Puente & Sons Funeral Home. 14315 Judson Rd San Antonio, TX 78233. Visitation to start at 2:30 PM.

Cindy liked flowers but loved animals, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
