Los sobrevive su querida esposa, Patricia Palau; sus hijos, Daniel Palau, Jr. y Aaron Palau; su hija, Karen Palau; sus hermanos, Edgar, Felipa, Raul, Alfredo y Ruben Palau; sus hermanas, Lily, Lety, y Matha Elva Palau; su nieto, Leonel Johnson; y de mas familiares y amistades.
