Daniel S. Gonzlez

Daniel S. Gonzalez, devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather went home to be with our Lord, April 16, 2014. He was born May 22, 1947 and was a lifelong resident of San Antonio, Texas. An avid sports fan, Dan often showed his team spirit and love for his Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs; but nothing compared to his fierce and unwavering devotion and love for his Family. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Alice, children Daniel L. (Yvette), Rene (fiance Marisol) and Kristy; grandchildren Robert, Gabrielle and Zayla; two brothers and a sister, and a devoted circle of extended family and friends. Service times will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Iglesia Bautista Church 2026 W. Pyron from 6pm to 8pm with a prayer service at 7 pm. Church services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9 am at Iglesia Bautista Church and interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11 am. Services under the direction of Puente and Sons NE location 14315 Judson Rd.
