David Flores

David Flores, a fun-loving individual who had a deep passion for traveling, passed away on July 13, 2023. Born on August 18, 1959, David was the beloved son of Andre Flores and Julia Flores.

Throughout his life, David's vibrant personality and love for adventure left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He embraced every opportunity to explore new destinations and experience different cultures. His zest for life was infectious, and he radiated warmth and joy wherever he went.

David's memory will be cherished by his surviving family members. He is survived by his wife JoAn Flores; daughter Denise Flores, his son David Jaco Flores, his brothers Robert Flores, Rudy Flores, and Andrew Flores Jr., his sisters Rachel Quintanilla, Polly Gonzalez, and Helen Perez. Additionally, he leaves behind three beloved grandchildren: Matthew Flores, Olivia Flores, and Austin Flores; also numerous nieces and nephews.

To celebrate David's life and to pay tribute to the legacy he left behind, visitation services will be held at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels-South in San Antonio on July 26, 2023. The visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a prayer service being conducted at 6:30 PM.

The final resting place of David will be Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio. A graveside service is scheduled to be held at this location on July 28, 2023 at 9:45am.

David Flores will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched. His adventurous spirit and zest for life serve as an inspiration to us all. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
