David V. Salas

David Salas entered into life on June 25,1955; entered into eternal life on May 15, 2010. He is survived by his beloved wife Sharlene Salas, children John David and wife Veronica Salas, Sonya M. Salas-Gonzalez and fiance MartinVilla, Samuel Campa, Cheryl Michaud, Dan Stock ; Grand-children: Martin, Alec, Brandyn, Amanda, Adrianna, Aiden, Mykaela, John Marcos. Mother Mary Salas, father Octaviano and Martha Salas; brothers Thomas, Richard, Robert, Jody and only sister JoAnn Salas; 13 nieces and nephews, and 6 great-nieces and nephews; Grandmother Augustina Weyel; Pet cat Sheba. He is preceded in death by paternal Grandparents, Victor and Luz Salas, Tia Louisa Carmichael, and Aunt Linda. David graduated from Lanier High School and continued onto college at Texas Tech, returning to San Antonio where he resided. He owned and operated homes for the elderly and disabled for many years, was a massage therapist for 13 years, and recently Co-Owner and manager of CraveBurger Restaurant. His greatest past time was playing billiards, where he was a APA member for at least 15 years, in which he took teams to National pool finals in Las Vegas, NV. David was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Father-in-law, Uncle, Son, and Devoted friend who will be greatly missed.
