As an accomplished aircraft mechanic, and CH-47 crew chief at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Diana was a trailblazer in her field, showcasing not only her dedication and skill, but also inspiring those around her with her tenacity and positive spirit. Her professional journey was marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, always willing to lend a helping hand and share her knowledge with others.

Beyond her career, Diana's vibrant personality shone brightly through her hobbies and interests. This would include carefree days spent at the beach, where the sun on her face and the sound of waves brought her joy and precious memories with her family. Music and dancing were a part of who she was, and that passion poured out onto many dance floors and numerous live shows. Those blissful moments truly defined the free spirit she was.

Diana was deeply loved and will be forever missed by her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ralph Saenz. Her loving children, Billy A. Quintanilla and Erika A. Quintanilla, were a source of immense pride for her, as well as her precious granddaughter, Lillyanna Rae. Lana always brought a sparkle to her eye, smile to her face, and loads of everlasting memories.

Diana also leaves behind the fond memories of her parents, Filiberto and Gloria Martinez, and her brothers, Robert and Michael Martinez, who predeceased her. Their bond, filled with laughter and shared memories, was a testament to the love that Diana cherished throughout her life.

A Mass celebrating Diana's remarkable life will be held on December 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church located at 7893 Grissom Road, San Antonio, Texas, 78251. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor her memory and share in the love that she so generously cultivated in her life.

Diana Marie Saenz will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her, reminding us to embrace life with the same joy and passion that she did. She lived each day to the fullest.
