Dorothy Belle Campbell, 86, was surrounded by family as she went peacefully home to her Lord and Savior on May 16, 2021.
Dorothy was born July 20, 1934 in Cleburne, Texas, to Pearl and Thomas Kenny, who preceded her in death. She was the middle child of 5 daughters, preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Hamilton, Dolly Holcomb, Margret Hough and Annette Whitman.
Dorothy is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Richard Campbell, son Richard Campbell Jr, daughters Vicki Olsen, Terri Sargent (Thurman), and Sherri Kissell (Rick), 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, moving around the country and raising 4 children as an Air Force wife.
Dorothy was a skilled ceramic artist managing the ceramic shop at McGuire Air Force Base. In the late 1970s, she was the president of the San Antonio Ceramic Association.
She loved making homemade chocolates for family and friends, fishing, camping, music, dancing and playing games with family.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
