Ernest Medellin, Jr.

Ernest Medellin, Jr. born December 28, 1955 in Germany passed from this life on December 30, 2015 at the age of 60 years. Ernest is survived by his friend and mother of his children, Laura Medellin; his children, Zachary Medellin, Erica De La Rosa, and Jessica Medellin; his loving mother, Evangeline Medellin; his father, Ernest Medellin, Sr. and his step-mother, Valerie Medellin; his brothers, Arnold, Charlie and Christopher; sisters, Cynthia and Gina; his beloved grandchildren, Alexandria, Alyza, Jonah, Juliet and Aly; also numerous other relatives and friends. Ernest was known for his terrific skills with creations in the kitchen and the way in which he shared them with his family. It is evident with the many friends that knew him that his heart was as big as Texas and his sense of humor always kept everyone laughing. Ernest also had the talent for seeing the beauty in the world around him when others just seem to look past it. He will be missed but not forgotten.
