Estella D. Jimenez

Estella D. Jimenez loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed from this life August 7, 2013 at the age of 91. She was born July 24, 1922 in San Antonio TX. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and supported several community organizations. She retired from San Antonio ISD. Mrs. Jimenez was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 25 years, Mr. Gilbert Jimenez and her son, Michael Jimenez. Estella is survived by her children, Graciela J. Garcia (Elias), Linda R. Benitez, Sylvia J. Ramos, Gilbert Jimenez Jr. and Richard A. Jimenez (Lucy); her brother, Arturo Dominguez;19 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Estella D. Jimenez, a distinguished woman of class, dignity and integrity who touched the lives of many will be greatly missed by all.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels-NE from 12:00-8:00pm with Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30pm. A Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated Friday, August 9, 2013 at 1:00pm, St. James Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.
