Esther Munguia

October 26, 1939 — November 18, 2023

 

Our dear mother, Esther Munguia, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family  on November 18th 2023 at the age of 84.She is reunited in Heaven with her parents, siblings, and her grandchildren Ashlyn and Andrew Angel with their loving mother, Kristi. 

 

She was one of 8 children. Esther was a 1957 graduate of Fox Tech High School and married her husband Victor Munguia and raised 4 wonderful children. 

 

Esther was a wonderful mother and always there when we needed her. She was also a proud bus driver of 35 years with NEISD specializing in taking care of children with special needs. 

 

In her years of retirement she also had many friends at the senior center and served at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic church as the Eucharistic Minister for many years. Esther loved to travel, was a well loved member of the community. 

 

Esther is survived by her husband of 55 years, Victor Munguia Sr., and her sister Irma Villarreal, her daughter’s Ruth Wolff (Tommy), and Veronica Naranjo (Johnny), and her son’s Victor Jr.(Mylissa) and Andrew (Alicia).  Grandchildren Brady(Holly), Joshua (Abbie), and Victoria.  Great Grand Children Emory, and Rory.
