Evangeline Gonzales

Evangeline "Angie "Gonzales peacefully passed away on December 31, 2016. She was born on May 29, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eloisa Parrilla and son, David Gallegos. She is survived by her husband, Antonio Gonzales, Sr., brothers, Alfred Elizondo, Frank Parrilla, and Henry Parrilla.

She will be lovingly missed by her children – Cynthia Gallegos-Baez (wife of John Baez), Antonio Gonzales, Jr (husband of Vanessa Gonzales), Christina Gonzales-Bocanegra (wife of Guadalupe Bocanegra) and daughter in law Robin Gallegos.
She was the wonderful grandmother to eight grandchildren – Kristiana and Jonathan Baez, Jourdain and Lilian Bocanegra, Colton Bocanegra , Delaney Gallegos, Diego and Alejandro Gonzales and one great grand-daughter Penelope Perry.

She will be sorely missed by many cousins and other family and friends.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 10 at 10:00 AM at Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower Church, with internment at Holy Cross Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
