Father Daniel John Majerus

Fr. Daniel J. Majerus, born September 8, 1927 entered into eternal rest with the Lord on August 5, 2016. Fr. Dan was a great spiritual leader who was known for serving the Lord with passion and great love for everyone. A Priest forever. Fr. Dan became a Chaplain in the Air Force on August 5, 1963. His service as a Priest and Chaplain was outstanding. His military career spanned multiple countries and military bases to include Panama, Spain, Germany, Vietnam, Homestead AFB, Florida, Patrick AFB, Florida, McDill AFB, Florida, Randolph AFB, TX, Wilford Hall, Lackland AFB, TX, BAMC Chapel and Ft Sam Houston. He served as the Sr. Installation Catholic Chaplain at the bases in Florida. He also served as associate Priest at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Fr. Dan loved children and his parishioners. He will be greatly missed.
