He is survived by his wife, Eladia Moreno; step son Daniel Rios; daughters, Dina Denney, Georgina Oliver, Abigail Moreno Huzarevich; step daughter, Ruby Rios; sisters, Eva Chavez, and Maria Whitehill; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
