On Saturday, February 13, 2021, Fred M. Trevino passed away in the presence of his loving family at the age of 74 years following a brief illness. He was born on July 18, 1946 to Fernando C. and Fermana Trevino of San Antonio, Tx. Fernando was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy and his four children, Fernando (Freddie), Sandy, Vickie, and Mari, grandchildren, Chase, Jared, Stephanie and Max.
A third generation native of San Antonio and known by everyone as (Fred) devoted his life to his family but always made himself available to the needs of many friends as well as the community with his generous sense of giving of his time, implements and vast knowledge of home systems including construction, wiring, HVAC, plumbing and swimming pools. Fred could solve the most complicated of issues thru common sense methods where others had failed.
Fred enjoyed spending time with his family in Aransas Pass re-connecting with nature taking in the beautiful ocean views strolling on the beach , sport fishing and teaching his grandchildren the fine art of casting a line.
Fred secured the ongoing success of the family business, Alco Rent-All, where he demonstrated his mastery of electricity, electric motors and general equipment repair. Fred's career in the Rental business spanned over 45 years and he will be greatly missed by many customers and friends but will live on in our hearts
