George Wynd

George O. Wynd went home to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the age of 70. He was born on August 16, 1941 in Montreal, Canada, but he would say, “I Got to Texas as quick as I could.” He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Mary E. Robles, his son Trevor Wynd, granddaughter Pariz Wynd, sister Margaret Quinsey, all of B.C., Canada and other family members and numerous friends. George made friends everywhere he went. He was a builder and contractor in Canada and Texas. He worked hard and loved to travel, animals, enjoyed going to casinos, and all his four legged children. He lived life everyday to the fullest and will be dearly missed by all. Donations can be made in honor of George O. Wynd to the San Antonio Humane Society or the USO.

A memorial service will be held in the spring to celebrate his life.
