Gilbert Sanchez

It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend Gilbert Sanchez, son of Guadalupe Sanchez, who was born on July 18, 1975, from San Antonio, Texas, and passed on February 27, 2021. He has gone to his eternal home in heaven after 45 years of a fulfilling and wonderful life. Gilbert was born in San Antonio, Texas. He was the youngest of his siblings and knew what hard work entailed. He loved family moments, especially social gatherings with family and friends. He loved fishing with his children, traveling and feeling free, going to the beach during the summers, and doing yard work, and adding beautiful flowers. He strongly believed in the Lord and let Him guide his life. Gilbert has survived by his loved one Nicole, four children Nicole, Ashley, Gabriel, and Samuel. Brother Roger. Sister Luisa, Lydia, Joyce, Pearl, Rosie, and Linda. Many Nephews, Nieces, cousins, and friends. Gilbert had different jobs that he excelled in with no hesitation, he was skilled in everything he did including management and construction work. Gilbert always made light of situations with his silly personality and had the biggest heart. He was always ready to help someone in need and told things like it was. Most importantly, he let love and hope guide him in everything he did.
