Gisele Benitez Sotelo went to her Heavenly home on June 30, 2017. Gisele will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend, Paul; and her "Babies", Paul, Joshua, Jordan, Caleb and her grandson "Josh Josh". "Jitsy" will be forever remembered by her father, Mike and her seven siblings; Cindi, Yolanda, Michael, Jerry, Allan, Karen and Kambry. Gisele will also be fondly remembered by her loving in-laws, Paul and Carmen, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. Our beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend is now in the arms of her loving mother, Yolanda Benitez.
Gisele was a deeply devoted wife and incredible mother and grandmother. Her favorite moments were spent watching her boys excel at baseball and football. She was their loudest cheerleader and proudest supporter in all their accomplishments. One of her greatest achievements was being Josh Josh's "Yaya". Gisele's world revolved around Josh Josh's love for riding the train at Brackenridge Park, collecting Hot Wheels, and singing and dancing to the "Bubble Guppies".
Her amazing sense of rhythm and her infectious smile could bring a room to life. "The party didn't start until Gisele stepped on the dance floor". Her inspiring presence is missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Gisele fought the good fight, she kept her faith in the LORD, and she finished the race on her own terms.
