Herbert J. Gartz passed away October 20, 2021, at the age of 83. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Christine, sister Peggy Ann, son Kevin, daughter Vicky and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served honorably for 19 years and was a war veteran of the Vietnam War.
