Howard is survived by his loving wife, Emily Jane Gallios, his dear daughter Trisha Gallios of Portland, Oregon, and his three step children, whom he cared for as his own, Jonathan Caleb Ibarra, of Omac, Washington, Liana Sue Ibarra, of Central Oregon, and Benjamin Levi Ibarra, of San Antonio, Texas.
Howard will long be remembered as a courageous, yet mild man of integrity
