It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ignacio Romo Barrera, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 41.

Ignacio was a devoted husband to Janeth Romo Sanchez, with whom he shared 20 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they created a loving home and a life full of cherished memories. He was a proud father to his four children: Lexi Romo, Lindsey Romo, Lily Romo, and his son, Angel Ignacio Romo. His family meant the world to him, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

One of Ignacio’s greatest dreams was to dance with his daughters at a Quinceañera, a milestone that he was able to make come true. This special moment will forever be a cherished memory for his daughters, symbolizing the love and joy he brought to their lives.

Born to Ignacio Romo Morales and Ludivina Barrera Romo, Ignacio was a loving brother to Eduardo Romo and Monica Romo. He was deeply proud to follow in his father’s footsteps in the construction industry, a field that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication. Ignacio also loved spending time outdoors, whether it was with his family and friends around a bonfire or enjoying the natural beauty of the world around him.

In his free time, Ignacio found joy in playing Clash of Clans, engaging in lively group chats with his friends, and relishing his favorite food—Main Event wings. He also made it a priority to visit his parents whenever he could, always cherishing those moments with them.

Ignacio will now be reunited in heaven with his dearly departed son, Ignacio Alexander Romo, whose absence he felt every day. Their reunion brings comfort to all who loved them, knowing they are together once more.

Ignacio’s warmth, humor, and love for life will live on in the hearts of his wife, children, parents, siblings, and all who were privileged to know him. His memory will continue to inspire those who knew him to embrace life fully, cherish family, and always make time for the things that bring joy.
