Jackie (Jack) Clayton Moore

Jack C. Moore, 62, of San Antonio, passed away on, October 23, 2009. Born November 11, 1946, in Hot Springs, NC, Jack was the son of Clayton and Pearl Moore. He is survived by his wife, Christine Moore; his three sons, Jackie , Michael , and Tony Moore ; three step daughters, Effie Gutierrez (Gabe), Elizabeth Heacox (Chris), and Elianna Vasquez (Ricky); six grandchildren, numerous relatives and a host of friends.

Fort Sam National Cemetery 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road San Antonio, TX 78209 on November 5, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. graveside.

Service:
Avisitationwas held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, from 5pm to 8pm with a Trisagion service at 6:30pm at Puente Sons Funeral Chapels, 14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78233.
