James Anthony Vargas was born on January 5, 1997 to Leticia Vargas and Agustine Deleon and passed away from this life in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas on December 24, 2020 at the age of 23. He is survived by his parents; brothers, Cristian Rios, Phoenix Pattillo, Zane Pattillo; and his sister Kassandra DeLeon. He will be greatly missed.
