James Joseph O'Con passed from this life on April 27, 2014 at the age of 93. He is survived by his daughters, Pat Salinas and Christina Olivarez; grandchildren, Scott and Alex, and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will begin Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 4:00PM-8:00PM with a rosary at 6:30PM at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapel. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM Puente and Sons with a Mass to follow at St. Leo's Catholic Church at 11:30AM and burial at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:15PM with military honors.
