Jeremiah is survived by his loving family: David Charo Jr (dad), Melissa Garcia Charo (mom), Elijah Charo (brother), Britney Nicole Charo (sister), Adrianna Desirae Charo (sister), Alexus Elizabeth Charo (sister). He was supported through this difficult time with family like Mary Ann and Christopher Garcia and his care team and nurses. He is also mourned by his grandmother Dolores Perez Charo. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Elizabeth Garcia.
