Joanne Irene Arthur

JoAnne I. Arthur passed away at age 65 on Saturday, September 25, 2010 surrounded by close family. JoAnne was born on 10-18-44 in Fort Smith, AR to Col. Richard and Eleanor Dunsmore. She grew up all over the world as the daughter of an Army Colonel, finally settling in San Antonio in 1961 and working 30+ years for National Car Rental. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving daughters, Michele Valerio and husband Michael: Jamie MaCal and husband Joe; grandchildren Reid, Cade and Cole Valerio: sister, Carol Baker; nieces, nephews extended family. She was selfless in her dedication to her daughters and family. She will be greatly missed and always close by in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Oct 3, 2010 @ 2p.m. at Puente Sons Funeral Chapel , 14315 Judson Road, San Antonio, TX 78233, 210 653-6536. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Arthritis Foundation in honor of JoAnne.
