John R. Hernandez

John R. Hernandez born September 19, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio passed from this life on June 24, 2013 at the age of 63 years. Mr. Hernandez is survived by his daughter, Jannice Herrick; brother, Jesse R. Hernandez; sisters, Adela Hernandez, Yolanda Garcia, Leticia Zuniga, and Emma Avila; his beloved grandchildren, Jonathan, Emilee, and Hannah Herrick; and a host of other relatives and friends.
