Johnny Van Ferguson passed from this life on July 3, 2023.
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents: Clay Van and Lillian Ferguson; brother Clay Warren Ferguson and sister Linda Jo Harvey. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Debbie, sons: Skye Van Ferguson, Anthony Michael (Dorothy) Ferguson, and Shane Kevin (Katelyn) Ferguson as well as daughter, Cynthia Ann Campbell-Moczygemba (James), brother: Peter Van (Fredda) Ferguson, sister: Kathe Griswold; grandchildren: Cameron, Jordan, Madison, Mason, John, Jacob, Aaron, Tanis and Raidon; great-grandchildren: Logan, Eli, Solano, Emerson, Esolina and Oliver.
Johnny possessed the ability to achieve anything he set his mind to. He was master of all combustion engines, renowned for his expertise in motorcycle repair and restoration, and avid tinkerer. Above all, Johnny had a profound love for animals. Throughout his 75 years of life, he cared for numerous cats, dogs, raccoons, and at one point, even a baby vulture.
Johnny’s proudest accomplishment was being the owner of Ferguson’s V-Twin for 42 years alongside his wife, Debbie. Ferguson’s V-Twin was the kind of shop where customers became friends who eventually became family.
