Jose “Joe” Espinoza

Jose Joe Espinoza transitioned peacefully from the arms and love of his family into the hands of God February 2, 2009, at the age of 61. He was born in Donna , Texas to Isidoro and Hortencia Espinoza. Working alongside his parents from an early age, he moved state-to-state developing lifelong traits of hard work and deep family roots. After 26 years of working as a journeyman electrician for General Motors, he retired in 1995 and moved back to Texas to pursue his passions: love, music and dancing. Preceded in death by his father, Isidoro and Muppet (a true mans best friend), he is survived by his mother, Hortencia; wife, Deborah, their K9 family (Buffy, Cookie, LuLu, JJ); sister, Sandra (Mark) Fortner; three sons Richard (Dawn), David (Andrea), and Tracy (Charla); daughter, Jennifer (Brandon) Hiller; eight grandchildren; two nephews; and a host of family and friends.
