Jose Luis Garza

Jose Luis Garza, or "Mosco" as he was affectionaly reffered to by his friends, passed from this life on January 1, 2014 at the age of 80. He is preceded in death by his son Joe Luis Garza Jr.; daughters Dora Ann Garza, Mary Irma Corona; grand daughter Marisela Perez; and ex wife Natividad Carreon. Jose is survived by his son John Abel Garza; sister Rene; grandchildren Clara Perez, Rachel Mondragon, Richard Corona Jr., Rene Corona Jr., Joe Luis Jimenez, John Moses Garza, Joshua Joel Garza; and numerous great grandchildren, niceces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends. Mr. Garza was a long time Dallas Cowboys fan, he also enjoyed passing his time sitting at Pico's convienent store drinking coffee and talking with friends. Jose Luis's family would like to give a special thanks to Richard and Carmen Corona and family, along with grand daughters Rachel Mondragon, Clara Perez, Rudy, and Brendy Lee Garza.

Services.
Visition will begin on Sunday, January 5, 2014, 6pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Devine, Texas. A holy rosary will be recited at 7pm. Mr. Garza will be cremated at a later date.
