He is survived by his wife, Maricela Rios; his children, Jose Luis Rios Jr., Sergio Ivan Rios, Sylvia Alonso, Viena Patricia Heredia, and Lilia Rios; 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 22 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; numerous of other relatives and dear friends. He will be greatly missed but in our hearts forever.
