Jose "Joe" M. Ortiz, Jr. born July 4, 1950 passed from this life on December 27, 2015 at the age of 65 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria E. Ortiz; his brother, Ramiro Ortiz; his sisters, Gloria Castillo and Cecilia Contreras; his nephews; other relatives and friends. Jose will be missed but not forgotten.
