Keith Douglas Lindstrom

Keith Douglas Lindstrom was born September 12, 1951 to Lawrence Wilford Lindstrom and Emilyn Madalyn Lunder in Miles City, Montana. Keith joined two older brothers Gary and Larry on the farm 3 miles south of Willard. Two and half years later brother John joined the clan.
He attended a one room county school at Willard and High School in Baker. He was an outstanding athlete taking Baker to their first state championship in 1970 and being named first team all-state. In football, he was named first team offensive and defensive end. He played in the East West Shrine football game and received a full ride scholarship to the University of Montana majoring in business with a minor in journalism. He spent 34 years in radio and television doing everything from announcing to general manager. He changed careers late in life, fitting people with hearing aids until he was too sick to work. He had liver cancer and a weak heart. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, golf, four wheeling in the mountains and racing stock cars.
He was preceded in death by his sister Joyce, his parents and brother Larry. He is survived by his daughter Candice and grandchildren, Jonathan, James and Casandra. Step daughters Rachel and Megan. His wife Donna and her children Brandon, Bryan and Amber. Keith's ashes will be spread in the farm south of Willard.
