Kent Weston Hicks

Kent Weston Hicks was called to the arms of the Lord on October 15, 2022.  He was born on April 16, 1944 to Weston and Glada Hicks and raised in Apache, Oklahoma.  Kent is preceded in death by his father Weston W. Hicks and brother Marc B Hicks. Survived by his mother Glada M Hicks, brother Randy O Hicks (Signe), and sister Lisa A Hall (Thomas).

Kent was a determined man and nothing would stop him from accomplishing his goals nor allow any obstacle stand in front of him.  After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, he served his country with the United States Airforce.  After being Honorably Discharged as a Captain, he worked for KB Homes as a Regional Director of Sales.  Kent, being driven with a desire to succeed, he opened he own business, Kent Hicks and Associates.  He later formed First State Realty, where he worked until his retirement on 2017.  Kent will be greatly missed by all those he knew and made impacts on.  

There will be an inurnment for Kent at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors beginning at 9:45 am on October 28, 2022 at Shelter  5.
